hi lisabrbrit depends how often and how many youre eating.brbroven chips are better than fried but have you tried making your own.brcut potatoes into wedges and cook in microwave for few mins. then drizzle little oil over them and cook in hot oven until soft on inside and crispy on out. we eat these, they taste nicer than packet chips.
