Are my legs really strong or just fat?

Are my legs really strong or just fat?
I cant tell, When I stand, the are really strong but the look fat, when I sit they feel and look just flabby. If you think they are fat please give me a way to lose it. If it helps at all, I am quotquot and I weigh

the way you check is you stand up and flex the muscle on your phemer the upper leg and flex it by locking your knees really hard not too hard, or it can hurt it but then take your fingers and push about inches above the knee cap. If it is hard that means its mostly muscle, if it wobbles like jelly, they are mostly fat. Mine are REALLY hard like so hard i litterally cant make it smaller because i ride my bike miles a week, and i dance. My point is even though my legs are in such good condition when i sit down they go to goop. So only judge your legs when you are standing and doing that exersize.
