Two weeks ago my year old son had his st febrile seizure, weeks later as i was driving home my year old daughter had her st febrile seizure. Doctor said it was due to the cold,fever and ear infections they both have. But i need a second opinion, Now im worried that they will both grow up having seizures for the rest of their lifes. I think it might be something else besides a fever. Seizures dont run in my family, only my husband has seizures do to a head injury when he was a teenager he been having them since he was years old. Doctors say he dont have epilepsy and they cant find nothin wrong with him.........

Ive seen ads for resistance bands but do they work for men? Are there any deals out there for a set of bands? Are they durable?

before i could afford a gym membership, i bought resistance bands from walmart. i ended up getting three over the course of or so months. wake up early in the am and do one arm pushups with them wrapped around the front of the shoulder of the nonworking arm and around the palm of the working arm. curls were done by grabbing the inside of my knee and using leg resistance against bicep effort. by the time i actually got into a gym, i could bench and curl pounds with each arm.

i got my period when i was years old. dont be scared there not scary just annoying lol. i recomend tampons over pads because pads feel so gross, tampons r tricky at first but soooo much better in the long run u cant feel them and u can go swimming in them too. when it arrives u will be fine, dont worry
